Bea's Place is a licensed Home Plus residential care home located in Topeka, Kansas. Lovingly named in remembrance of the owner's "Grandma Bea", the goal of our home is to provide personalized care in a safe, inviting and cozy environment. Bea's Place serves a small number of residents, allowing for meaningful relationships, individualized attention, and daily routines that feel familiar and comfortable.

Trained Staff
Our staff is trained to provide the highest standard of care for our residents. We believe in investing in our team, providing ongoing training and development to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent care. Our team consists of trained care staff, CNAs, CMAs, a contract LPN and a contract RN to ensure we provide the most well-rounded care for you or your loved one.
Comfortable Surroundings
Our home offers two private rooms and three semi-private rooms to accommodate a total of eight residents. All residents share and enjoy our living room, kitchen, spacious dining room, and two full bathrooms. We also have a private patio area on the backside of the home so our residents can spend time outdoors.

Private Pay Residency at Bea’s Place
Bea’s Place offers a flat monthly private-pay rate starting at $5,950 and that includes housing, utilities, meals, laundry, medication management, and 24/7 assistance with daily living in a small, home-like setting.
Our pricing is simple and transparent, with no surprise add-on fees for everyday care needs.
Prescriptions and outside services (such as hospice or physical therapy) are handled separately, and are not included in our flat rate. We’re always happy to review costs together and help families understand what to expect.

Care is more personal, and our team is able to truly know each resident and their routines.
Yes. We offer adult day services for individuals who need daytime support, supervision, meals, and companionship in a safe, home-like environment. This can also be a great option for families who are not yet ready for full-time care.
